Skating is back, popcorn shall be eaten

The Canadian Figure Skating Championships were on TSN tonight. Did Jeff Buttle dye his hair, or is that his natural color? I was expecting the usual blond-highlighted pretty, but I got a more subtle, mature pretty. His outfit was fairly plain, too.

Vaughn Cipheur and Chris Mabee certainly impressed tonight. And after the Friggin' Triple Axel, Jeff was a bit wobbly but still great. Sandhu crumbled, again, and I laughed, again. Shawn Sawyer continued to bore - he's trying to go for the component scores with the posing and the fancy footwork, but Buttle and Mabee are both better at that kind of thing. Sawyer should focus on the technical.

Man, I missed skating.
